What's an Escape Room?
An escape room is an immersive, 60-minute, real-life adventure game for groups of 4-6 players. You'll be paired with one of our friendly hosts that will introduce the game before your begin, and will monitor your progress using multiple cameras in the room. If you're stuck, no problem! We'll guide you along the way by providing hints and additional clues to ensure you have a great experience!
It's my first time! What do I do?
1. Choose a theme
First, you’ll pick which epic, themed escape room you want to play! At The Puzzler, we have The Quest, Jurassic Heist, and The Nautilus. If it's your first time, we recommend doing The Nautilus as it provides a classic mission of escaping a room. Other missions might not be centered around escaping, but instead, you might be completing a heist or slaying a dragon!
2. Book online
Once you've chosen a theme, select from the available dates and times provided online. You can book up to 2 months in advance! A deposit of $20.00 may be required, and the rest of the payment will be taken at the time of your booking.
3. Arrive on time!
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking. You will meet your Game Master that will introduce you to the room, explain the rules, and answer any questions before you begin.
4. Solve your mission
To escape, start by searching the room! Look for patterns or connections and communicate with your teammates. Don't be afraid to touch props and items as you scavenge your way through the room. Along the way, you'll sove puzzles, uncover clues, and crack codes. Remember that all the puzzles and games have a logical solution, so you won't need to use force or break any of the props to solve the game.
5. Get a hint
Don't be afraid to ask for a hint if you feel stuck! We don't limit the number of hints. However, you can only make the leaderboard should you solve your mission with 3 hints or less.
6. Make the leaderboard
We keep track of the top 5 teams with the best time for each theme, and the leaderboard gets reset every month. No other prize will be given apart from bragging rights for being the best! To make the leaderboard, you must have asked for no more than 3 hints.

7. Repeat
